Beneath It All Posted August 1, 2013 Posted August 1, 2013 (edited) Never thought I'd let this one go but I feel much more comfortable with frets nowadays!.. My bass of choice for around 10 yrs [for non-reading gigs that is]..Made in Taiwan and still functioning 100%.....[very well]defretted prior to my ownership ....18mm spacing at bridge..excellent player with low action and sings rather well...Nice growl from bridge pup & more than enough bottom end from the P-Type neck pup...A few light marks and a sizeable chip on the back by the strap button....Viewing welcome.....Postage £15....Looking for a Peavey Dynabass 5 80's USA and a Washburn XB925...Cheers.. alyctes Posted August 1, 2013 Posted August 1, 2013 Nice I've been thinking about a fretless 5 for a little while. If this is still here in a week (which I doubt ) then no doubt the GAS will have its way...
RWijchers Posted August 17, 2013 Posted August 17, 2013 Nice looking bass. I doesn't seem to have any remaining fret lines, so how are the dots on this one ? In between, as on a fretted bass, or on the fret positions ? thanks
Beneath It All Posted August 17, 2013 Author Posted August 17, 2013 Hi..Fretlines are there but visually minimised with ermmm a felt tip!..Fret markers are 'on' the actual frets...
White Cloud Posted August 18, 2013 Posted August 18, 2013 These are built like tanks and sound great. I owned the 4 string version....at this price I highly recommend it.
