jimbobothy
A friend sent me a link to the perfect engineers bass : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5BpHo6mnEvE#at=122 Least if you're travelling home from a gig and crash into a lake, presuming you're still alive your bass should be salvageable! discreet
Surely it MUST be good for metal??
BigRedX
I'm liking that a lot. I'm pretty sure it's been posted here before when it was still in the prototype stage, but now it looks like it's a bit more finished. I'd be interested in a 5-string version. Lfalex v1.1
Needs to be headless IMHO. The tuners are nicely done, but it still looks... Sleek/clever/well-designed/sleek/clever/TELEGRAPH POLE Alright, maybe angle the tuners back a bit so they're not sticking out perpendicular to the neck. Normally, I'd not moan, but it IS supposed to be about design in this case...
Jellyfish
First impressions: It sounds pretty awesome! You'd think the introduction of a lot of metal would make a huge difference, but it's really quite subtle and I like it. I do think it looks silly as a headed bass though.
