Bit late to be starting this... officially starts on Thursday, but still, anyone going? Maybe not to everyone's taste but I've been attending for years now.

possibly the worst accoustics i've had to deal with, both onstage and watching other bands.

but a whole bag of fun too ...

phil.i.stein, saw your set. Good job. Acoustics are always a problem at Rebellion. Completely killed Discharge's set for me, it just came out as big, thumpy, echo-y mess

Yes the acoustics were a proper nightmare for anyone on stage as well. No clarity and a massive 125Hz rumble.
Didn't help that it was 12.45 am start : /
Neville Staples was fun, though sounded better from outside!

Neville Staple is always good, I think that was the 3rd time I've seen him. King Prawn were amazing too, great to see them back.

last time I went to Rebellion was about 3 years ago when my band played, we did ok, the room was a lot fuller at the end than when we started, never got on since, but yeah the sound always puts me off. it's awful most of the time, seems to improve when the headline act is on, funny that, or maybe they've got their own soundman who knows what he/she is doing
