BigRedX
Not used preloved but Gumtree is straightforward. I use it for instruments I'm not prepared to ship. Just be prepared for some tire-kickers and lowballers (and keep your wits about you) and its a great place to sell.
I think I had more "tire-kickers" and "lowballers" the one time I listed a bass here than all my eBay listings combined...
Marvin
Sold a bit a gear lately on Gumtree and the free ad pages on Facebook. Got decent prices and because they're usually local it's quite easy to arrange pick up or delivery in person. I don't think my gear would have sold on here... Grangur
I'm sure folk will tell me if I'm wrong, but the impression I get is budget gear does better on Ebay than on BC. The few times I've advertised a cheap bass on BC I've hardly had any body looking. I think BC's better for the serious gear.
They're everywhere unfortunately. I tried to sell some furniture on gumtree and five different people agreed to buy it and then just didn't turn up at the allotted time. Gits.
