Having trouble paragraphing on BC

What it says really - I hit the return button and nothing happens . Can do it okay on any other forums or on Excel and Word but not here - have I missed something or am I being thick (as usual...)?

I just had this issue too.

It's caused by a compatibility issue. MS keep changing the way things are done in the software and it takes a while for everyone to catch up. Err, well that's how MS phrased it in a presentation I went to a few years back.

So solve it: Go to the tool bar, find "Tools", "Compatibility View", then click that.... problem solved.

The reported issue is related to the version of IE10 shipped with W8.
The upgrade from W8 to W8.1 is [u]free[/u] and is bundled with IE11.

IME, using compatibility view has a tendency to screw up the page layout, although I do see extra 'stuff' on my version of BC as a Mod.

Got my paras back but now got letters missing whe I tpe!! EDIT did the CV fix and all OK now!
