Ebay scam happening now. It's my bass!!

There's a bass for sale on ebay that is mine, only I'm not selling it.
He's lfted the pictures that I posted on BC.

I've reported it to ebay , can some of you please , I don't want anybody to be scammed by this scumbag

I actually found this via BC in the ebay weird and wonderful section (which I don't often look at)

I was going to use this bass on bank holiday weekend sunday, what will i use if he sells it!!

I just bid and was outbid straight away.


I've tried reporting it, but I can't find any category in their awful web site that matches the category or for us to write anything. Has anyone else found one?

I've added my tuppence worth by reporting to ebay that the listing is fraudulent.

Has this been reported to ebay? How about asking the vendor for more pictures? Or posting a question on the listing like "if you own this bass why are you using pictures of my bass to try to sell it?"
I noticed that the seller has no feedback.

Yet another reason why I avoid ebay like the plague nowadays. I have been scammed before and ebay were not interested one bit.

I mailed him asking why neither of the pics were of a 1980 SB1000, thats a SB1000JT and a SB1000 1983 onwards he's using to try and sell it....

the great thing about this is, if we bid it up to £1,000,000,00 he will then get the ebay fees on that ,
( not that it would be paid but ebay would pay attention then !)
its just a pity its not at the end of ebays collection month which would mean they would try and take it out of an
account before the winner could pay,
