tauzero
Also reported. And just sent him the question "Why are the photos of the bass identical to those posted in the Basschat forum by someone who isn't you?" Raymondo
I hope you lot are going to chip in if I win it!? Guest bassman7755
Why is he listing it collection only - most people pay cash in hand for collection only stuff.

Geek99
Just a thought but some cameras and phones encode their GPS location into the meta data of the images. You can show eBay that the images were taken at your house , not the registered address of the lister
RAY AGAINST THE MACHINE
I have noticed that , he is selling hi-fi as well. There area few bids for the rega turntable .oh dear...
BetaFunk
I have reported many items over the years and many are not removed by eBay even though are not within the guidelines set out by eBay themselves so it will be interesting to see whether this listing is pulled. BassTractor
Why is he listing it collection only - most people pay cash in hand for collection only stuff.
StingrayPete explained that above. Apparently, scammers suddenly have to travel abroad or something, and must post it anyway ... It seems like a good scam to me, as they've already gained some trust with the "collection only" bit, and have dragged the victim through emotional/rational phases when it comes to the point of posting. Where are Medieval punishing methods when you need them, eh?

Grangur
Yes, but he wont know how much you've bid. He only knows that to sell you must be outbid. Grangur
I feel for some poor sod who can be sitting there with an SBR150, seeing the bidding go up and thinking he's got some kind of collectors piece! (Just been out bid by S*****g again!) I bet we'll see a glut of them go up on Saturday Edited August 19, 2013 by Grangur
