Lord Sausage Posted August 19, 2013 Posted August 19, 2013 (edited) Some of you may know i'm a big Gotye fan. It's fair to say his big hit opened the door for me but most of his other stuff is better and that is a great pop song. Anyhow he is also a drummer and singer in a rock band called The Basics. It's pretty rocking! Edited August 20, 2013 by Lord Sausage Quote
Raymondo Posted August 19, 2013 Posted August 19, 2013 I like it!...I have liked everything I have heard of his...an Australian barman at one of my locals used to play a lot of gotye...the big hit had been out for a couple of years before it made it to the UK. As usual though ....I haven't bought or downloaded anything....I really must update my music collection Quote
Wooks79 Posted August 19, 2013 Posted August 19, 2013 Good stuff, I love the Gotye album, and this sounds cool as well! Cheers. Quote

It's great but thru headphones it's a whole different experience. Magical production! Quote
joeystrange Posted August 19, 2013 Posted August 19, 2013 That's great! How much stuff do they have? Quote

Noah Deere Posted August 20, 2013 Posted August 20, 2013 Not really listened to them before, I like that though. Quote
Lord Sausage Posted October 19, 2013 Author Posted October 19, 2013
I recommend a track called 'state of the art' from the making mirrors album. It's fresh and unique, has plenty of bottom end boom and the production is great.
Check this live version of it! http://youtu.be/dCaNju6zvis Quote
Thunderbird Posted October 19, 2013 Posted October 19, 2013 Not my kind of music but it has a nice "Groove" to it Quote
Skol303 Posted October 19, 2013 Posted October 19, 2013 Nice one! I'm a big fan of Gotye myself. Wally's a very talented chap and his music is a big breath of fresh air. Good stuff Quote
