I've been playing for around a year now and still have just my starter bass- a Hartke one that I got with a 15W amp. I mean to save for another bass in the near future though.

The headstock zoom was due to someone on another forum saying my name reminded them of WalMart - DOH!

YAY!! I had a couple of those (Shergolds) years back, a black fretless, and a black fretted that got painted with a silver burst and turned into an 8 string :)

They were my first "proper" basses

FWIW, Mine is a Zoot Bass, around 7 years old and it plays fantastically. It also sounds totally awesome.

Two custom Iceni pickups, Active Electronics and black hardware.

It had a new neck fitted by mike walsh about a year ago.

Hi to all on the forum.

As I got a new baby yesterday, please excuse me for shamelessly showing pictures on here:

I guess I'd have to Warwick then in answer to the topic question!

I just have no shame!

WelshTigerBoy, love that new $$ through neck! Having the bolt on model myself, I know how easily it is to get totally hooked on them - Amazing basses!

[quote name='acidbass' post='1457' date='May 18 2007, 02:59 PM']Hello all,

Just a wee poll for us BCers to get an idea of the spread of basses that we all use!

Apologies if I've left any major manufacturers out...hopefully I've covered most of them :)

Cheers,
