The Quad pre is pretty much the same as Mesa IIc and III preamps in one chassis. You get two different clean and drive channels, so the classic Metallica and Santana tones in the same song? No problem. Peavey Classic has a good rep in guitar circles.

Comes with TC G-major and Engl switcher box and a rocktron midi mate to handle the channel switching. VERY simple to operate. This stuff is installed in a rack, which will be included in the sale (ofc). All units are a little old, but very much functional.
