Matt42uk
Have 2 x210's but hearing good things about 1x12 neo Vanders. Will I hear much difference???
JTUK
I'd put Vanderkleys in a league about TC RS but you'll need 2x112, IMO With the best wish in the world 112 wont cut it in that competition, IMO
Matt42uk
Ah fair enough. But in terms of quality of sound?
IanA
Ah fair enough. But in terms of quality of sound?
Vanderkley sound very clean and balanced, build is among the best out there.
moonbass
I have 2x Vanderkley EXT 112s, and find increasingly I just take one out with me for most gigs. They do warm and fat, but don't do sub bass. But volume has certainly never been a problem! (And these are the 300w as oppose to the 600w monsters!) Matt42uk
Excellent. Cheers. Any others like that?
Matt42uk
Are the vans bright enough for slap? And funk
skychaserhigh
Yes they will do slap and funk , rock and everything else inbetween . Excellent cabs.
BassTractor
The whole point of them is that they are to faithfully reproduce what you put into them, especially the EXT, with wide enough frequency range and quick enough cones etc. , and as a result they will do any style, and you decide sound with bass, effects and head, not with the cabs. Remember that if this type of sound quality is all that you're after, the EXT will give that. The NMT is higher rated, at the cost of some detail. Still awesome of course, but still. fatstringsguy
Recommend the vanderkley 210's, I changed from tc 210's as well! Go try them dude! There is a huge difference between these cabs and most other brands. I prefer the 10's to the 12's. using with genz benz streamliner 900, and they do clean, warm and smooth, but they growl for me real nice when I ask them to. First time I've been happy in 10 years!
