Jim here, a electric player of about 12 years' standing. Just saying hello to the four (and more) string brethren (and sistren).

Resources like this are invaluable to people starting out, and even to players with decades behind them. I'd call myself semi-pro (playing 3 a week with a hard-working cover band, plus an originals project to keep me interested), so I thought I'd add my own humble experience to the discussion.
