spongebob
I hyper-ventilated at paying £25 for a t-shirt...er....which I then did! But that is very expensive - although very nice.
jonsmith
Yes, that is what I thought as I saw that interview the day before yesterday: at around 4:50. I didn't know he had used Wals for a bit though. Which is odd as I saw them on the hold your fire tour, and didn't notice.
Straight from the horse's mouth as it were, but I do think that the mists of time may have clouded his memory about some things. I'm pretty sure he's wrong about Limelight in that clip as: 1) He doesn't actually seem very sure. 2) It goes against what he has previously said about where he used a Rickenbacker on MP. 3) My ears/brain think it sounds like the Jazz. When I was doing the Rush tribute stuff I spent an embarrassing amount of time trying to track down what was used on what. Believe it or not, I actually found reference to the Jazz being used on two tracks on Permanent Waves as well. Can't seem to find it now though. RandomBass
Rather strange. If you read the description on GG web site, it says that the bridge pickup is in the mid 70`s position, closer to the bridge. Not only is it expensive but the pup is in the wrong place for a 72 It might be a typo? Surely that's closer to the heart? Sorry folks....

molan
The blurb says it's a 35" scale as well?

Wylie
Well, I admire Geddy Lee enormously.....but am personally really really bored with the current Fender (and Fender copy) obsession sweeping the bass world. Looks like a nice jazz - probably comes with a big price tag though!
I have a Geddy Lee, CIJ, which I was thinking of putting outdoors for a few weeks ... maybe I'll put it in the driveway so it can get run over ... I do not understand the obsession with made-new-to-look-old. I'm not just grouchy; I actually do not see the point of relic-ing. W.
