Bilbo Posted June 14, 2008 Posted June 14, 2008 (edited) Here it is, my mystery 6-string subsequently identified as a Status Energy. I would consider a swap for a credible 5-string but I am a bit choosy and don't want to cut my nose off to spite my face. It was £799 new (Anderton's in Guildford) Edited June 14, 2008 by bilbo230763 Quote
OutToPlayJazz Posted June 18, 2008 Posted June 18, 2008 Hey, Bilbo... They must've had it a while! That was a very good price. It's actually an Energy 'Artist'. The Artist models had the nicer woods, such as the quilted maple on yours. I had a five string the same (apart from the retro-fitted graphite neck) until a Germay guy offered me silly money for it. I think I had it for 5 days or less. It was that fast! If you really want to part with it, put it on Statii.com. It'll go very quickly on there! Quote
Dr.Dave Posted June 21, 2008 Posted June 21, 2008 I had a 5 string Energy Artist that was very like it. I put a graphite neck on eventually then Beedster bought it - sold it on and last I heard it was with a mate of mine ,and fellow member here, 'Beneathitall'. I went round his gaff to buy a combo and there it was !! Quote

I only let it go because I was offered seriously silly money for it! Quote
