Funny I was only playing (i.e. fumbling through) this a couple of days ago, as I discovered I had that GK&TP version and of course it's in the Jamerson book. Nice technique - I noticed you use 'sweep-fingering' to play those quick downward arpeggios. As regards analysis, there are also a couple of points at which JJ leads up to the root of a new chord by playing the notes immediately above and below it, in bars 1 to 6 of Choruses 1 and 3 (done 3 times in each).
