ambient Posted August 31, 2013 Posted August 31, 2013 (edited) Nice video here of SW on tour recently. This is probably my favourite track from the last album. Nick Beggs on bass and Adam Holzman on keys, great band ! Jellyfish Posted August 31, 2013 Posted August 31, 2013 His Spector on the title track of that same album sounds brilliant. Quote
toneknob Posted October 14, 2013 Posted October 14, 2013 Amazing band! See the "for sale" section if you're interested in my spare ticket for the Royal Albert Hall show on Sunday Quote

snotsnail Posted October 17, 2013 Posted October 17, 2013 (edited) Have a great night on Sunday, I missed a show in Glasgow some months ago, sure hope I get the chance again soon. Found this video some time ago. It's an amazing track from the Insurgentes album from a few years ago. Apart from the amazing playing (from the credits on the cd, I just spotted the bass on this is played by Tony Levin, though I've seen live performances with Nick Begg playing it later on, but the two guitars kind of dominate the proceedings on this!) The video has been put together by someone unrelated to the original but it is quite mesmerizing. There is an explanation about it in the about section. I'm sure Steven Wilson must have seen this, and I doubt he would disapprove. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D8rgPo6fJyI Edited March 24, 2014 by icastle Link fixed. Quote

Cosmo Valdemar Posted October 21, 2013 Posted October 21, 2013 Incredible, incredible concert. I was nearly in tears during Raven. And a remarkable sound too. I also bumped into Steve Hackett, dressed in what appeared to be a bearskin, and Tony Levin. Sadly I couldn't think of anything to say so I shuffled away embarrassed. Quote
