I must admit that on the rare occasions I actually see it I do get a bit caught up in the pointing and laughing at the crap ones that get angry when they're told they're crap.

Mind you, they probably have a right to be kind of angry because they will have already passed an audition to even get to that point. Imagine finding out that the only reason they let you through to the live auditions is so that people can point and laugh at you.

Watching x factor and expecting to hear music is a bit like reading the sun and expecting some actual news, as it happens I enjoy both purely from an entertainment perspective.

So did I - well just the gig bit, as I don`t drink - but I taped the show and watched it this morning.

I am not a fan of this type of show but I guess if they HAVE to have shows like this, some kind of variety would be nice. Even then, C4 tried something with bands (Orange-sponsered If I recall) but I can't recall what it was called or who won. I know Jo Wileys annoying mug was on it, mind.

And maybe Alex James off Blur.

Now that was awful....... It was all the same kids off X factor but presented to us in a slightly grunged up styleee..... Jo Whiley....... Grrrrrrrrrr😠 what an annoying and smug faced pain in the arse. Oh yeah I almost forgot about that lanky ponse from blur. What a fop.
