Pete Academy Posted August 31, 2013 Posted August 31, 2013 The worst series ever. Absolutely vomit inducing. Television of the worst kind. Quote

Kev Posted August 31, 2013 Posted August 31, 2013 The tubby black girl with the sob story had me shouting at the screen. So little talent, and they were crying over how good she was. Quote
E sharp Posted August 31, 2013 Posted August 31, 2013 I never watch it , but the wife and kids do . Must say though , I caught the last 15 or so minutes , and that last woman was fantastic Quote
rodacademy Posted August 31, 2013 Posted August 31, 2013 Utter utter bollocks but i need to watch what I say as I tour with a BGT winner!! Lol Quote
KingBollock Posted August 31, 2013 Posted August 31, 2013 I must admit that on the rare occasions I actually see it I do get a bit caught up in the pointing and laughing at the crap ones that get angry when they're told they're crap. Mind you, they probably have a right to be kind of angry because they will have already passed an audition to even get to that point. Imagine finding out that the only reason they let you through to the live auditions is so that people can point and laugh at you. Quote

Guest bassman7755 Posted September 1, 2013 Posted September 1, 2013 (edited) Watching x factor and expecting to hear music is a bit like reading the sun and expecting some actual news, as it happens I enjoy both purely from an entertainment perspective. Edited September 1, 2013 by bassman7755 Quote

cytania Posted September 1, 2013 Posted September 1, 2013 Calm down chaps, it's just a singing competition. A concept as old as the Eisteddfod. Quote
ambient Posted September 1, 2013 Posted September 1, 2013 I think crap like this is to blame for how poor modern mainstream pop music is. With the bar set this low, how can it be otherwise ? Quote
Stan_da_man Posted September 1, 2013 Posted September 1, 2013 What did you expect? I spent my Saturday night playing a gig and having a drink with my mates. Quote
KingBollock Posted September 1, 2013 Posted September 1, 2013 How dare people like a different kind of music than me!? It's disgraceful! Quote
White Cloud Posted September 1, 2013 Posted September 1, 2013 I personally find the whole format very, very, very, very tired....and that's a fair few very's even for me! Quote

Freddy Le Cragg Posted September 1, 2013 Posted September 1, 2013 I am not a fan of this type of show but I guess if they HAVE to have shows like this, some kind of variety would be nice. Even then, C4 tried something with bands (Orange-sponsered If I recall) but I can't recall what it was called or who won. I know Jo Wileys annoying mug was on it, mind. And maybe Alex James off Blur.
