Someone was selling one on Gumtree last year around the corner from me... it was mint and I dithered too long and missed out :(

Warwick Streamer Stage 2. I'm almost tempted to sell the Modulus to get one. ALMOST.

Have the seeds been sown for a slippery slide of GAS? :)

:D I couldn't sell the Flea really. It's phenomenal. It's just the cowards way out as opposed to saving the cash!

I really want a Rick 4003 and a Gibson Thunderbird. I saw Martin Turner playing Wishbone Ash numbers last month and his Thunderbird sounded glorious. He used to play Ricks on the early albums.

I'm also a big fan of Chris Squire so I love Ricks. I had a fretless 4001 the '70's, I need another in my life.

I don't do 5 stringers, I'm a simple soul and I get lost. Anyway, it's been sold.

Fair enough.. you could have always just used the B string as a thumb rest! hehe!

My Thunderbird G.A.S. Is back big time, fortunately there doesn't seem to be too many used ones around at the moment so my credit card is safe for now 😎

Another bass..... for some reason I keep coming back to a American Deluxe J5...
or maybe REALLY push the boat out for something else I've seen and contemplate
selling a Sei J5 to make it justifiable..?

I also have my eyes on an amp

i'm such a bass tart, I watched Motorhead's performance on Glasto on iPlayer and now I want a black 4001 (if your still allowed to express such desires around here?) :gas:

I had been GAS free for months and months and not bought a thing!!!.... until I started this thread.... http://basschat.co.u...ake-to-america/ and all it took was one basschat thread, one decent response from my future new local store in the States, and now I've got GAS for this.... probably comes in at £265 inclusive of taxes when I'm over there!

I tried a new tutor today and played on a Bob Jones Flightcase with my Jazz. What a stunning and natural sound! I now want the 300watt version as my exam / small jam combo. The only issues are the price and the fact that Bass Direct have one in stock!

Another Vox Standard. The one I've got has been partially stripped, weighs a ton and has a treetrunk for a neck, but I love it dearly and will never part with it. But I'd like one to put a J-width fretless neck on.

Also, I keep seeing a pale blue/maple Ibanez GSR250 on eBay. Pretty :)

Whoops! :-) I think Bob Jones is a maker of Dog treats and food! I was obviously getting my woofers confused.

Been eyeing up Warwick Corvette $$ today, but I'm pretty sure they'd be too chunky at the neck for my useless girly hands.

Listened to some demos of Ashdown amps, but there is no way I'd want to lug anything that heavy about.
