ashdown mi12 cab work with streamliner head?

I have read that the gb streamliner has to match a cab with strong mids. Is the ashdown mi12 likely to work well with the head? Music is bluesy, sometimes heavy, alt rock. 3 guitars, not super loud.

Asking because I want a compact solution and have some vouchers for guitar guitar who sell the mi12.

Or do I save up longer!
