paulie Posted September 16, 2013 Posted September 16, 2013 (edited) I have a gorgeous LPB Sadowsky Vintage jazz that I would trade against either of the following : US Lakland Joe Osbourn Alleva Coppolo (Jazz version) It was made in July 1997 It weights just over 9lbs, its not chambered. Body is alder and neck is Pau Ferro also known as Morado. Picups are Sadowsky J's Preamp is Sadowsky with the Vintage Tone Control which was a Sadowsky Retro fit Its in great condition, only one small pressure dent on the lower bout between the strap button and the input jack This bass as a list of over $4000 and thats before shipping and customs from US. So this really is a bargin for a cracking bass Thanks [attachment=144073:IMG_0632.jpg] [attachment=144074:IMG_0633.jpg] [attachment=144075:IMG_0634.jpg] Edited October 15, 2013 by paulie

bejsman Posted October 2, 2013 Posted October 2, 2013 Eer... if you don't mind - I think sending the serial number to http://www.sadowsky.com/contact/index.html might give us the answer
paulie Posted October 2, 2013 Author Posted October 2, 2013 Yeah, your right They are very helpful over there. I actually spoke to Kevin in Sadowsky a few weeks ago to get full info on the bass and he had everything on file about it. He just mentioned that the pickups were Sadowsky J pickups. Ill get in touch with him again and let you know

paulie Posted October 7, 2013 Author Posted October 7, 2013 Hi Tomas Both beautiful instruments but neither would really be my Cup of Tea Thanks
paulie Posted October 11, 2013 Author Posted October 11, 2013 Still available If any of you are wondering why Sadowskys are so sought after its for two main reasons. 1. The Sadowsky pickups and preamp sound amazing. Clean and punchy with the option to dial in thunderous bass or sparkly treble. 2. The build quality and balance. The fretwork is so good that the neck on mine is almost completely flat with low action yet there is absolutely zero fret buzz anywhre on the neck.
