Quick question on key sigs

Would you notate Mr PC, with no key signature or 3 flats? If you're unfamiliar with the chords it's a C minor blues

C-7/%/%/%
F-7/%/C-7/%
Ab7/G7/C-7/%

I've been writing it out with 3 flats in the key sig to keep down the accidentals but what is the accepted way of notating it?

If it's Cm then it should be an Eb key sig anyway (relative minor and all) so yep. 3 flats.
