Just spent a bl**dy fortune getting this over from the States (as there don't seem to be any in the EU at all) but it's just not quite my thing. From all accounts it works just as well on guitar as on bass. No bass loss at all. Only two controls, volume and overdrive but that is all you need really ! 9V battery or PSU powered. Anyway, price is now £115 posted within mainland UK. NoirBass Posted September 19, 2013 Share Posted September 19, 2013 I tend to play passive Fenders, most of the time a P. Through either an Ashdown or Markbass rig. With the gain rolled right down (almost off) I can get warm tube od and with it turned up a rich distortion. You have to be very carful with the volume though as it can produce a ridiculous amount of output. Add to that the boost function and you have a very versatile pedal. What I like most is how it sits in the mix of a band - it somehow keeps all the low end and the drive isn't lost.
