This is not your typical late 70's heavy weight Fender, it is light, weighing only 8.04lbs and it is an absolute beauty to play.

The sunburst finish is 100% original and is naturally reliced.

The tuners have been changed but the originals are included. Also the 3 way switch, volume pot and 3 string ferules on the rear of the body have been replaced. The 3 way switch has been replaced with a more versatile Fender 4 way switch, the added position uses both pickups in series as a type of humbucker.

I've had this guitar since 2006 but due to me mostly playing my old acoustic it doesn't get used enough to justify keeping it.

Comes with Hiscox hard case

Wish I had kept my 77 telecaster - was my mainstay guitar through university. It was a great guitar, notes seemed to bloom, exits left reminiscing as usual....
