Horizontalste Posted September 25, 2013 Share Posted September 25, 2013 My eldest son has now decided that guitar is not enough for him and wants to give the drums a go. Space is limited so an electric kit is probably better. The only thing I know about drums is how to sit on the beat so any advice on negotiating this relative minefield would be gratefully received. The point of my post though, is that we started him off on an Alesis [url="http://www.alesis.com/dm6usbkit"]DM6[/url] electronic kit (which will be for sale soon), but he now uses [url="http://www.musicradar.com/reviews/drums/arbiter-flats-lite-kit-26825"]"flats"[/url] as a compromise between a full acoustic kit and the need to preserve some space.
