Just to clear this up...

As Zak is a private seller, this would (legitimately) be marked as a 'Gift' which means that this would be exempt from both VAT and import duty.

in some countries like Croatia that doesn't help, our custom service asks for purchase invoice if they suspect on bigger value of item. they also know how to google
