Dingus Posted October 1, 2013 Posted October 1, 2013 I used to one of these exactly the same as this ! Thirty years ago today I would have been plunking away on it in my bedroom after school . Nowadays I've got Mrs Dingus to plunk on , but I still miss my old Squire . Have a bump on me.

This one is near perfect and I'm still dithering about moving it on. I'm hoping to post a better quality picture when I get my camera organised.
Bluescaster Posted October 3, 2013 Posted October 3, 2013 Hi, mine is practically identical to yours. Fantastic bass and I bet there will be tears when you let her go ha. Good luck with sale, Cheers, Mick.
ash Posted October 5, 2013 Author Posted October 5, 2013 Yes it's a beauty - the sunburst is lovely. I took off the scratchplate and there are no extra routs or drilled holes. This is a superb example of why these basses are so sought after.
Fitz Posted October 8, 2013 Posted October 8, 2013 It's bumping tempting Ash! Is the neck and action as nice as 'the white one'?.... Liking the 'burst... Fitz
ash Posted October 8, 2013 Author Posted October 8, 2013 (edited) Fitz the neck is perfect - truss rod hasn't even been touched and it plays as well as ever I remember the white one. It's all original and the burst is flawless..... Come and have a play on it - temptation is calling! Edited November 5, 2013 by ash
