Bassman Steve Posted October 2, 2013 Posted October 2, 2013 Nice to see him playing live. Lovely homage to his late brother - he always had a great sense of melody. He'll hate me for saying it but the live version of 'Adventures' contains some of the most sublime guitar playing ever. Quote

Wonderful, and so different from their rather bland studio recordings. Quote
paulconnolly Posted October 2, 2013 Posted October 2, 2013 Anybody at the Wakefield gig a couple of weeks ago? Great stuff. Bill's recorded output is phenomenal and shows no signs of letting up. Unfortunately his live appearances are getting rarer. The past few Nelsonica conventions have seen up to three performances in the day; solo set, improv set and a "rock band" set playing old BBD, Red Noise and early solo stuff. Improv (titled Orchestra Futura) and Rock Band sets have featured Dave Sturt on bass. Quote
