Has input gain trim, output gain, bass, treble, mids level, and parametric mids frequency controls. Plus an XLR DI out and a ground lift switch. Great condition, but a couple of nicks out of the paint. Velcro on the bottom. POwered by the usual 9V Boss-type PSU (not included) A surprisingly capable pedal for such a reasonable price. Very low noise floor. The only real negative is that it is a fair size and weight. Just not getting used with me now. I have onboard EQ where I need it. £30 posted to your door in mainland UK !!!!
