Bilbo Posted October 7, 2013 Share Posted October 7, 2013 Bass player Butch Warren, who played on the orignal Herbie Hancock version of 'Watermelon Man' from Hancock's 'Takin' Off' LP, is reported to have passed away last Saturday aged 74. Butch was also the player on the following lps from the 50s and 60s.
