its quite a sickening thought loosing an arm.
There is a guy at work with 1 arm. He smells funny. But thats another story.
Makes you glad to be in a good state of body.

But if it happened to me... Sheffield is my home from home, and snakes pass is a good road as any to loose an arm, so ill go the def lep route. although thinking about it, that must mean he uses a lot of kick pedals and I have no co-ordination with my feet vs hand movement.

Id become the one armed bandit

I'd build a time machine, travel back to when I had two arms, then chop the one I was missing off my sleeping self, bring it back to the future and reattach it.

Plus, that would explain where the arm had gone in the first place. Hands off my arm, FutureSleepy!

Yeah, me too. <sniff>

Well, I'm not a Sheffield boy but I'm probably the only Def Lep fan left in existance other than my mate Ben
The irony is that Rick Allen lost his arm TWICE. They sewed it back on but it became infected so had to take it off again. Poor bugger.

If I lost my right arm I'd cry and then do what that famous one armed bassist does. If I lost my left arm I'd cry, then try to learn left handed and do what that famous one armed bassist does.

That's a bit harsh :)
Its not as easy to play didj properly as it might look:
Check out this chap for some rhythmic didj playing:

He's played Didj for Page & Plant as well as with Rolf Harris (but not at the same time)

In addition to the NS/Stick I mentioned before, I'd use the bass synth I already have (Novation Xio), and I might also find me an early Moog Taurus:

Beefy!
