Any tips on setting frequeny crossover on dual-band compressor?

As above really, flicked onto the dual-band compressor on my Zoom B3 and like the sound of it, so just after some tips on how to best use it really. For info I don`t tap, slap or pop, just play rock/punk with a "muscular style" shall we say.

You could try having everything under around 150Hz less compressed. The problem I find is that over-compressing the lows robs them of their power - for example when you want to hit big, high-strength low notes. There is a very useful 'contour' button on my dbx 166A which has a similar effect, and it works very well.

Cheers Mark, the B3s dual-bands lowest frequency is 300hz so will give that a go and take from there.
