Sandberg Electra VS4 / TT4 ...

The 'new' Electra range has been more readily available for a while now,
who has tried one or taken the jump and actually bought one ?

I've had my VS4 for about 2 months now and loving everything about it ! Finish, fit, feel
are superb and the tone is spot on clear, punchy and not too clinical either

Just wondering what everyone else thought who had tried or actually bought one?

.............. If you've not tried one then just do it !

I've only played a couple of gigs with it due to two quiet bands thanks to family, house moves etc, but love playing it. Great tone, nice neck, fairly light weight, don't need anything else!

As I said on an earlier thread, you're not helping my GAS. I really have to go and try one out. My RA is getting under control and I am looking for a good bass without going mad on the spends ( she tells me).

It just looks right to me, I hope it plays as good as it looks.

Not caught on a lot I don't think. Not enough finish options to satisfy the market. If there were few more colours and maple fingervoard option I'd have to think about it.
Would like to try the jazz though.

I totally agree about the lack of colours, even if they offered a Black I think that would make all the difference ! (I know I would have had a black one with either tort or black scratchplate) Understand the lack of maple neck option, they are trying to keep costs down and guess that wouldn't help
