Just want to stress I am in no way affiliated with them, but Caroline there particularly helpful in finding the right reverse polarity tip to for my Russian bassballs to fit my daisy chain. Couldn't be more helpful in finding the right parts, and what's more they refused to charge me for it. I then order another one for my Russian small stone and again no charge!
