LeftyJ
And the Ritter! My phone's photo gallery app thought it was about time to remind me of a lovely weekend in Oldenburg, Germany, exactly 6 years ago today. It decided to do so with this pic that I had all but forgotten: There was a beer tasting festival in the city (by chance we happened to visit on that day, and my girlfriend and I love a good craft beer). This was clearly afterwards. 2

dmccombe7
Circa 83/84 WAL custom lined fretless £740 with one of THE best bass heads ever produced and a custom 12" + 15" bass cab fitted with Peavey Black Widows. Both amp channels on with the top passive channel doing most of the low end and the bottom para EQ channel doing the mids. It was a very nice bass tone. With BLOCKBUSTARZ Glam band approx 2yrs ago i think. BLOCKBUSTARZ unmasked earlier this year 2024 at a photo shoot. We took this one for posterity. Back RHS being happy. With Emergency Exit Punk covers band 2023. Not the sharpest of pics i'm afraid. Edited June 15 by dmccombe7

Do you know its Serial Number?

It had a dead spot on the G string and WAL didn't want to know anything about it even tho i bought it new from them as a custom order. Put me right of WAL. Maude
If we're doing flashbacks. Yamaha BBG5S, through a 2x15 & 4x12 bi-amped rig. Sometimes added a guitar amp as well using an Akai Unibass. When bigger was better 😂😂.

Angel
Can't find a pic of me with a bass right now, so this is me showing off my SOUNDS freebie shirt (given away in the early 80s). The shirt is thin as heck but lovely on a hot day, there can't be many that survived - although a good condition one did turn up on eBay for £500 recently.
