Its a hand painted/put together bass that is based on a 1950's p given to me by an american luthier. It sounds and looks amazing, weighs a tonne though and the neck is very chunky. So I'm not able to use it too often for long gigs. Will maybe use it for future recordings though....x

So not only deos it look cool as fook you're now telling me it sounds amazing too! . . . If you ever fancy selling it give me a shout please!

Haha will do, alternatively get in touch with the luthier. His name is Brad Lowe from california, you can find him on facebook under 'lowe custom guitars'. The basses and guitars he does aren't massively expensive and great instruments once set up properly. He's new to the whole luthier thing so needs as much support as he can get!

This was done as part of the formula student photoshoot we had this week. Shame I'm going to quit formula student :)
