Funky Dunky Posted October 21, 2013 Posted October 21, 2013 The SX basses are in expensive, look fabulous, are highly rated and have begun popping up in the shops over here. Worth a look by all accounts. Quote
badboy1984 Posted October 21, 2013 Posted October 21, 2013 I'm completely opposite then you. I hate the p neck and prefer the jazz neck. This is what i done: http://basschat.co.uk/topic/211094-bass-look-renew-after-neck-change/page__fromsearch__1 Quote
Musky Posted October 21, 2013 Posted October 21, 2013
OOO thanks looking good but must admit I got some gas for that Vintage discreet pointed out most likely will get one when/if my jazzer sells
I tried one of those Zodiacs a couple of years ago and came within a gnats chuff (™ MDP) of buying one for a friend's son. Lovely neck, but very much like a 70s jazz bass in feel and dimensions. Quote
Mog Posted October 22, 2013 Posted October 22, 2013 You should be able to pick up a Yamaha BB424 for less than £200. Great basses for little ££'s. Quote
dannybuoy Posted October 25, 2013 Posted October 25, 2013 I'm just about to cough up the market place fees and sell a bunch of basses, including a Squier Matt Freeman Precision, and I'm not far from Northamptonshire! Quote
ras52 Posted October 25, 2013 Posted October 25, 2013 My Squier CV P is in the "nice bass but I don't need it" corner... Quote
