xilddx
Anyone use these? I only found out about them because I got a pair free with some Ulimate Ears ear buds I bought recently. My god, the difference between them and them crap silicone ones is amazing! They are made out of memory foam, different specs are available and different models to fit different makes of ear buds. The fit is so comfortable and the noise isolation is superb. All the richness and depth of the music comes through because the foam fits your ear canal perfectly. They are quite expensive (mine were about £13 for three pairs) but I unerringly recommend them and they last for ages. They are on Amazon and Ebay. Apparently there are fakes about so go for ones with original packaging. EBS_freak
Tx500? They are good but do cost you some treble... And they arent that hardwearing. But the comply tips are about as good as you can get before you get custom moulds. If you want to have a great fit, try some acs tips. I love iems. Im a bit of an iem whore. :-p Got some JH Audios coming soon!
Ps what ue have you gone for?
Well, the bloody label has worn off them, they are Logitech UEs that I got in the Apple Store for about 45 notes. I liked my Senns but the jack moulding has ended up breaking on both sets I've had, these UEs are much more sturdy, and you know what, they sound much better too, more natural and warm with very good high end detail but not in a tiring way. So f*** Sennheiser
EBS_freak
UEs are great. Sennheisers are a bit hit and miss for me... But the ie8s are cool. Nice bass response. Its amazing how vastly different all the earphones can sound!

After trying so many I now realise how natural and transparent my KRK studio montitoring headphones are. Not an inspiring listen on the hifi, but invaluable for mixing.
