What's this Song/Bassline to ?

Hi guys

It's been driving me mad for a week now and cannot bear it anymore ! It's an old song, I think a 90's dance/disco tune and has this bassline or something similar, cannot recall from memory but it's got this noticeable pattern.

Any help ?

Nah its more up tempo like a dance classic.

It starts with something like baby/lately. Other lyrics are 'dancing in the moonlight' . If i would reccomend a similar sounding band it would be Outkast.

It's getting to me, too . It's particulaly annoying when the whole line goes up a fourth - that's when I almost recognise what it is , for some reason .
