MythSte Posted June 26, 2007 Posted June 26, 2007 (edited) im pretty sure my warwick rig is going to be up for sale in the next few weeks, so i thought id let you all know! its been trusty and never let me down but i just need something BIGGER! PRICE DROP TO 250 so for sale is, Warwick Pro Fet 3.2S bass head http://www.basscentre.com/cat/product_info...842aada81d22dfe And Warwick 410 Pro Cabinet 4ohm (so all 300 watts will be at your disposal!) http://www.basscentre.com/cat/product_info...842aada81d22dfe There has only ever been one problem with the cab, and that is one of the speakers has blown. Now because only one of the speakers has gone, and not all four im very confident in saying that this is a component fault and not due to misuse. This will be replaced before the sale goes through, or we can come to some sort of agreement cashwise. Ive been using it fine with just three of the speakers during recent practices. 400 for the pair? heres a picture of the actual rig Pickup only from blackpool area im afraid, could probably stretch as far as preston for a little petrol money Edited July 17, 2007 by ste_m3
MythSte Posted June 26, 2007 Author Posted June 26, 2007
Blackpool eh? Coool.. Im based in Carleton
have any friends that would like ownership of this ace little setup?
MythSte Posted July 4, 2007 Author Posted July 4, 2007 price drop, make me an offer, this needs to go asap.
garymilitia Posted July 4, 2007 Posted July 4, 2007 if only the cab was 8ohm i may have taken the cab off your hands
MythSte Posted July 5, 2007 Author Posted July 5, 2007 Well if there was ever an excuse to get a nice tube head that goes down to 2 ohms!
MythSte Posted July 6, 2007 Author Posted July 6, 2007 It hasnt, Im waiting to see if any potential buyers are wanting to grab a bargain out of it, for practicalities sake i can confidently say the price of a new speaker will be less than ive taken off price wise either way. (i think that makes sense?!) Ideally id like to sell as is, Because i dont have the time to be speaker hunting!
stingrayfan Posted July 6, 2007 Posted July 6, 2007 That's a sweet little setup for someone playing pubs and the like. Very pleased with mine. Have a free bump!
MythSte Posted July 10, 2007 Author Posted July 10, 2007 Okay, any offers considered. This obviously isnt gonna be painless.
MythSte Posted July 10, 2007 Author Posted July 10, 2007 Gas Cure or hernia? Argh. The eternal question.
MythSte Posted July 15, 2007 Author Posted July 15, 2007 Right, needs must. Ill let this whole rig go for 250. Gas is physically a pain in my left side. Also known as muscle strain, but it hurts
therealting Posted July 15, 2007 Posted July 15, 2007 250 quid!! That is a serious bargain... that's about what just the cab goes for new. If you were in London, I'd be around your house now picking it up.
MythSte Posted July 15, 2007 Author Posted July 15, 2007 i know, but you know how it is im sure! Anyway, you could probably have a road trip to blackpool, get the amp, go on a bender, and STILL have it as a steal!
therealting Posted July 15, 2007 Posted July 15, 2007
i know, but you know how it is im sure! Blackpool's just too far for me to drive to at the moment, I won't have a day off for a couple weeks at least, and it will be gone by then!
MythSte Posted July 15, 2007 Author Posted July 15, 2007 afraid not. Just to heavy, plus ive my eye on something else. If your up for meeting halfway for 300 then id happily entertain that.
rohan Posted July 16, 2007 Posted July 16, 2007 I would, only I'm just as reluctant as you are to replace the speaker myself!!
MythSte Posted July 16, 2007 Author Posted July 16, 2007 nowt so queer as folk... or as god damn lazy!
rohan Posted July 17, 2007 Posted July 17, 2007 Haha i may enquire as to how much it costs for a newun and to get it installed... any ideas how much it costs??
MythSte Posted July 17, 2007 Author Posted July 17, 2007 Im sorry, Ive been robbed blind by a local music shop. i really needed to shift it! Although i have ordered myself something new...
