I have owned a late 70's/early 80's cream covered Dimarzio precision pickup (had Dimarzio moulded into the inside of the pickup cover), and it looked nothing like this underneath. This one is also 4 conductor, and to my knowledge, Dimarzio P pickups of the period would all be 2 conductor. Still doesn't mean it isn't a Dimarzio, but I doubt it.
