Steve Harris Sig Pickguard Help

Hi Guys
OK, this is my first post.
I have just started to learn bass.
I tried about 10 basses in my local store and this bass felt the nicest to me, so i bought it
I have been playing with a teacher for three months.
I love this bass but the chrome pickguard winds me up.
Is there a straight replacement or do I have to get a custom one made?

You need to find one with 10 screw holes for a direct replacement.

I've just swapped mine for an anodised plate:

Yep, very competatively priced too.

He'll need the original pickguard as a template though
