Collect a Bass from Faversham Kent. Anyone Help?

I am interested in an eBay item, but if successful it is collect only from Faversham in Kent. Also Cash on Collection.
Anyone able to help by picking up for me and wrapping it up for collection. I would be happy to reinburse any expenses.
Not saying I will be succesful, but won't even bid if it is a non-starter.
