The truss rod adjustment looks to be slightly offset, I know there's concern sometimes about Fender's QC, but I've never seen one where the truss rod adjustment is under the A string .

So there's eBay, aiding & abetting a fraud. At some point the buyer will realise he's been conned & he will never know that eBay were well aware of it & did nothing to stop it.

I reported this to ebay 3 or 4 times over the last 2 days, they did nothing whatsoever about it.

not only did I report it several times I actually chatted with a rep who only insisted I press the report button even though I told him I had, but I was talking to a guy who would only recite from some ebay book of 'dealing with your customer quotes' , it was like banging your head against a brick wall.....

Some poor sod just spent £331 on a second hand Encore

even though it's now sold, I once again pressed the 'report item' button and wrote:

thats the max length of characters allowed otherwise I would have ranted more! - hope it helps the poor patsy that bought this piece of crap.

I also sent the seller another message:

Disgusting. I hope that the final bid was the sellers "other account" and he's bumped it up. Surely noone with a bit of noggin has bought this thinking it's the real deal. If someones been ripped....Shame
