Heaven only knows if it's even legit! I think it's past the point of being able to tell.

I'd like to know who that guy is, massively overpriced, based in the UK but prices everything in US dollars. He had a couple of old Fender parts (tuners) I was after and despite many messages he never replied, which makes me suspect they're all fakes.

Expect he has had the wood carbon dated to 1958 and he's recouping some of that cost in his selling price....it's very rare to see something so old in such good condition.
