ubassman Posted November 19, 2013 Author Posted November 19, 2013 Whats amazing about these incredible players is how humble they often are and how generous they are with their knowledge. Great role models as people and as musicians. Quote

fatgoogle Posted November 20, 2013 Posted November 20, 2013 I've sent lots of emails to rinat and chi chi about playing and cadenza's especially and always got great replies on how to approach it. Really great gays and gals. Quote

geoffbassist Posted November 21, 2013 Posted November 21, 2013 Yeh it's really intense. I LOVE that that if its meant to be played loud, they play LOUD. It's great to see such commitment to the music and expressive use of dynamics and textures. Quote
ubassman Posted November 23, 2013 Author Posted November 23, 2013 This is one of my all time favourite performances by Rinat playing Bottensini the way Bottenini would have played on a 3 string. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QgZ_-f7pVk4 Quote
