508pir
Recently found a bass guitar in a junk shop. 4 string fretless , rose wood board two tone exotic wood body? Emg pick ups. Precision replica shape but with thru neck. Paid £60 for it and quite frankly its freaking awesome. There is no name on it although it looks like it did have something on the headstock. Been told its a canora or conora by Ibanez. Anybody out there have any experience or more information please.

JapanAxe
Bit hard to read but does Geoff's not say Satellite on the headstock? Edited November 11, 2013 by JapanAxe
geoffbyrne
Some of these were Satellite & some were Hondo II - it depended where you bought it. Tha later ones were actually reasonable & some had DiMarzio pickups. If you've found a good one with a straight neck that hasn't necessitated the bridge being rebated into the body, and you like it, then hold on to it. Maybe Jon (Bassassin) might be able to tell us more? G. Edited November 11, 2013 by geoffbyrne
