She told me she was out on the town in Williamsburg Brooklyn, with her drummer, as she had the weekend off. Then I wake this morning to read about a massacre of musicians in Williamsburg! Apparently the shooter wasn't from the same band, but from another Iranian band in the US. They used to hang out together but wouldn't anymore.
