pbaleiras
Hi mates.. I own a Markbass head Momark 600 with modules S1M - EQ4 - M0, and was wondering if it is possible, without damaging the head, use it without cabinet connected?! In this case, use it only as a pre-amp and DI... Cheers!!
molan
Should be fine. That's a pretty standard MarkBass setup. Generally it's only all valve amps that need a load connected. Momark is a great concept I think. You can build some really flexible heads and they really don't cost as much as some people seem to think I specced out a twin channel version for someone the other day with two inputs and two complete eq strips, could be a really nice little head. gafbass02
I absolutely love mine, best head I've owned, and there's been a few! Used it without speakers in the studio too.

gazhowe
Nice to see a few other Momark owners on here still enjoying these excellent amps. Haven't used mine for almost a year since I picked up a RH450 but just ordered a EQ42S module and looking forward to giving it an extended run out. pbaleiras
hi mates! I also wanted this module eq ... but here in portugal are a little bit expensive.... But for now... It's enough! I play in the Church--from funk, R & B, rock ... the momark fits quite well in any of the styles ... And...I have another project with rock but a bit more heavy ... and also fits very well ....
