Rush - Clockwork Angels DVD / Blu-Ray / CD

Anyone seen or heard it yet? I'll be watching the Blu-Ray tonight.

I've heard that the CD mix is awful - the clips I've heard online seem to back that up. Hopefully the Blu-Ray will be better.

Maybe they are going down the Vapor Trails route and intend to remix it and sell it to us all a second time in a few years I didn't go to any of the shows so I will probably put it on my xmas list if any of my mates wants to get it for me but it won't kill me if it doesn't turn up. There will be a load of them available cheap S/H or at discount prices new within a year as with most releases these days.

CD was actually cheaper than the download.....!

As a digital user, mine will be on sale here once I iTunes'd it...so bargain alert! I bought the remixed 'Vapor Trails' at the same time (also cheaper on CD) so that'll be up at the same time.

Looking forward to both, especially the live one as I was at the o2, and loved it! [size=4] [/size]

They have "squeezed my lemon" far too many times on the live front.

I take back my earlier comment about the CD mix...

Apart from the lack of dynamics, which is pretty much par for the course, the actual mix is one of the best I've heard from them.

Alex' guitar has lost a lot of the mud, and the bass is growly without being fizzy.

Does anyone else think the vocal mix was a little odd? It sounded like Geddy was going through an 'old-time radio' effect throughout, quite boxy and echoey.
