Hutton Posted November 22, 2013 Posted November 22, 2013 I have an ageing (with broken lid) Tascam CD-BT1. I am thinking of upgrading to a Tascam CD-BT2. However, can anyone tell me what improvements the BT2 has over the BT1. I will soldier on with the BT1 if the BT2 is only an aesthetic upgrade. Quote
Hutton Posted November 22, 2013 Author Posted November 22, 2013 I've just found out that the BT2 doesn't come with a power supply so that adds about £20-£30 to the equation. I don't know if I can use the power supply for the BT1 as it has a different model number. Sneaky way to keep the price down! Quote

Hutton Posted November 23, 2013 Author Posted November 23, 2013 Thanks for the reply man. I emailed Tascam and they have confirmed that I can use my old adaptor with the BT2. Just need to know now if it's worth it. Quote
Horizontalste Posted November 24, 2013 Posted November 24, 2013 I use Spotify & mp3s from my phone through a mixer now, much easier I think. Quote
